To celebrate her birthday this year Shakila and a group of friends decided to brave it and try Head 4 Heights in the Cotswolds. It was a very cold February morning at -5°C! Most of the women were feeling brave…and some a little worried…
Time to put that bravery into action!
Some prayers as things got a bit tense…
Safe with their frozen feet on the ground and feeling pround of themselves they head off smiling with the promise of a warm pub lunch. Well done girls! Rather you than me!

We spent a lovely warm Saturday afternoon in February with the very cute and charming Lauren, and I must say she was a natural! After a couple of shots at home she was eager to get to the park, and then we all went for a walk in a field nearby…a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon!

Opinaut are a great new band on the scene and they invited us to their launch gig at 229 The Venue in Great Portland Street to cover the event – make sure you check them out at www.opinaut.com and www.facebook.com/opinaut
We were at the venue during the sound check and took pictures of the guys preparing themselves for the live performance
After a while the crowd arrived and they were ready for the big event. What they weren’t ready for was how AMAZING Opinaut sounded! Here they are in action…
